Rags After-School Music Program
At Rags School of Music, we bring high-quality private music education directly to school campuses.
Our after-school program offers one-on-one and group lessons in piano, voice, guitar, and songwriting, providing a convenient and safe option for busy parents and students. All scheduling and billing are handled by our team, making the process seamless from start to finish for schools and families. Every instructor holds a university degree in music, is an active professional gigging musician, and is VIRTUS certified to work with children, ensuring a trusted and inspiring learning environment.

Lessons are for 20 or 30 minutes, once a week

The program is highly convenient for parents, reducing the need for transportation, while giving schools an opportunity to expand their after-school offerings and provide a higher level of music education.

Meet with our Program Director
The initial meeting with our Program Director allows us to understand your school’s needs, available resources, and after-school goals so we can determine exactly what we can offer and how our music program can best support your campus.
Lesson Planning
We tailor the program to your campus by coordinating suitable days and hours for lessons, identifying appropriate teaching spaces, assessing available instruments and equipment, and determining the most effective lesson setup for your school’s environment.
Parent Communication
We provide ready-to-use marketing materials, including flyers, emails, and informational handouts, making it easy for the school to share program details with families and encourage enrollment.
Full Program Management
We handle everything from enrollment, lesson scheduling, and billing to communication with families regarding make-up lessons, cancellations, and progress updates. The school does not need to manage any of the logistics, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both students and staff.
